Heart Notes: checking in

February is Heart month at Heart Notes,

but not in the usual sense of romantic love and the commercialization of this concept. Instead, in February in our Creating Space community, and in my journal writing I am taking time to focus on compassion towards myself and others. I hope you are also using February as a time to check in with yourself.

I've been busy behind the scenes, taking online classes, planning classes, designing my first wearable art collection, doing one to one creativity coaching, being interviewed for podcasts, and looking for opportunities to inspire others and to be inspired myself.
