Heart Notes: Out of sorts & sorting it out
Have you been feeling out of sorts lately?
It seems like every second person I've been talking to (myself included) has been feeling 'out of sorts' or a bit off, a bit scattered. I'm not sure if it is the change of season, the confusing stage we are at with the pandemic, other world events, or the recent full moon eclipse earlier this week.

When I'm feeling unsettled, I try to tune into what my heart needs right now. I make an effort to create some quiet time to pause and listen to my inner self. If you'd like to know more, check out this blog post Inner Voice, Speak to Me.

For the month of May in Creating Space we are writing and sketching about flow. Our monthly live session on May 26 will be a special presentation of my Chakra Colour Journey as well as answering questions from community members. You won't want to miss that! Sign up today.

Artwork in Progress

My Cheticamp frame is at Adsum for Women and Children where their staff are hooking a piece of art designed by me for their new Sunflower housing project. Along with small pieces created by individual staff, this group project will be hung in the new community building, opening later this summer. (See above for a photo of the Adsum piece in progress.)

In the meantime I am working on my lap frame on this latest Wild Woman Hair. She is felted and hooked in the Heart Chakra and Solar Plexus Chakra colours. What do you think I should name her?

If you would like to own one of my fibre art creations, take a look at my gallery or contact me. Custom designs also available.
