Heart Notes: Gifts and basking
It's that season in Nova Scotia, Canada
where we bundle up in our parkas and sit outside on a sunny day drinking tea and listening to the birds. Each sunny day feels like a gift. A gift of ease and potential warmth. Here’s an excerpt from my journal in my latest blog post Accepting gifts and basking.

Wearable art anyone?
If you've been following me for a while you already know that I love fashion. And Canadian-made, slow fashion, don't get me started! I've been exploring putting photographs of my textile work on clothing and am having a lot of fun! I posted a short video recently of me opening my first shipment from Le Galeriste. I'm in love with their  materials and am so pleased with how photographs of my textured artwork turned out on the fabrics. Have a look at the video (please excuse the wild hair - too many hats, too much winter). Let me know what you think by hitting reply to this email.

Renegade Conversations - Season Two has launched!
Nancy Regan was my guest on Renegade Conversations, for Season Two, Episode Seven. It was a rollicking, heartfelt, vulnerable and sometimes funny conversation. You can check it out on YouTube here, or wherever you get your podcasts as an audio version.

If you would like to be notified each time a new episode launches, please subscribe to my YouTube channel . (Plus it would really help me in my efforts to attract sponsors :).)

Check out my latest Artworks in progress below. I hope you like them!

Artwork in Progress

I am working on a new abstract piece called Spacious. It is inspired by my intention for the year to be more spacious with myself. The words from my journal that are written around the edges of the design are "Spacious, open, restful, allowing, 'Let it Be', uncluttered, expansive, clear." Here's a link to a video of me working on it. While you're there, consider subscribing to my YouTube channel!

If you would like to own one of my fibre art creations, take a look at my gallery or contact me. Custom designs also available.
