Heart Notes: Notes for your heart
In this heart month of February,
what are you doing to keep your physical and emotional heart happy and healthy? Are you finding joyful movement? Are you seeking out friendships and relationships that nourish/support you and make you blossom? Are you speaking to yourself with love and kindness, as you would to a person you love?

One aspect of self compassion that is always worth exploring is the idea of feeling worthy - of love, of comfort, of relaxation - no matter what we accomplish. This blog post I am enough explores this issue and gives tips for how to cultivate the mindset of 'I am enough'.

Renegade Conversations - new episodes coming soon!
This week I'm recording two (and hopefully three) new episodes of Renegade Conversations. I have an author, a film maker and hopefully another fantastic artist on the list. I think they are going to be fabulous conversations and I can't wait for you to meet them. Stay tuned for Season Two!

If you would like to be notified each time a new episode launches, please subscribe to my YouTube channel .

Artwork in Progress

I am working on a new abstract piece called Spacious. It is inspired by my intention for the year to be more spacious with myself. The words from my journal that are written around the edges of the design are "Spacious, open, restful, allowing, 'Let it Be', uncluttered, expansive, clear." Here's a link to a video of me working on it. While you're there, consider subscribing to my YouTube channel!

If you would like to own one of my fibre art creations, take a look at my gallery or contact me. Custom designs also available.
