Heart Notes: Oh my words!
Your responses to Can I Have a Word with You?
in our last Heart Notes were heartwarming and inspiring! People commented on my word (Inspire) and sent me their words. Some of those were Simplify, Manifest, I can, Learn, Choose and Shine. A pretty inspiring list! If you haven't chosen a word for this year it's not too late. And be sure to let me know your word by replying to this email.

You can read Can I Have a Word with You? to see the two words that underlie my word for this year.

Do you pride yourself in being able to push through fatigue, multitask and shine in a crisis? You will definitely want to read this new blog post I can't not listen anymore.

Journaling for Design online class
I will be teaching a class this February (online, so anyone can join in) called Journaling for Design. This 2 hour workshop is $50 US. and is almost full. Do you want to create designs that express your inner self? Designs that are meaningful? Would you like to use journaling to become unblocked, to get your creativity flowing again? You've come to the right place! You can view the registration package here. Register today as spots are limited.

In January the Creating Space weekly journaling prompts have been around checking in with ourselves, including asking 'Am I creating space for wellness, self care and creativity?'. Our next live session is on January 26 at 1 pm Atlantic.

Keep reading for Artwork in Progress, Upcoming Classes and Events and more.
Stay well and keep looking for those moments of joy. I hope you've chosen a great word for the year. Let me know your word by replying to this email. Thanks for reading and connecting. It means the world to me.

Artwork in Progress

I'm taking two classes this month! I'm taking Fiona Duthie's Surface Design in Feltmaking class, as well as Jean Haley's Winter Hat Hook Along. I'm a little over the top excited!

Here is a photo of the band I have hooked for my winter hat. I'm still in the process of assembling it.

If you would like to own one of my fibre art creations, take a look at my gallery or contact me. Custom designs also available.
