Heart Notes: Creativity, joy, midlife & beyond
Have you noticed an increased interest in
expressing yourself on a creative level lately? Many people in midlife and beyond find themselves craving creative expression. Maybe they want to get back to gardening, or painting, or the art practice they had before life and responsibilities got in the way. Or maybe they want to try something new.
Creativity can help with finding a new sense of purpose, recovering from burnout, reconnecting with the person we once were, finding ourselves again and more. If this resonates with you, check out this new blog post How creativity can spark joy and reduce burnout in midlife and beyond.
